In accordance with the technical regulations adopted in the southern regions, Alanya Homes adheres to the following construction solutions:

• Monolithic Reinforced Concrete:
  Used in the construction of all buildings.
  The process of casting the frame is strictly controlled.
  The quality of concrete is thoroughly checked.

• Brick and Foam Blocks:
  Walls are erected using bricks with the use of foam blocks.
  Brick shall not be used for finishing work or internal partitioning only.

• Interior Finishes:
  Plasterboard with water-emulsion coating is used for interior finishing.

• Window Solutions:
  Installation of double-glazed metal-plastic windows to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.

• Turnkey Apartments:
  Apartments are delivered completely ready to live in.
  Includes entrance and interior doors, fitted kitchen and sanitary ware.
