President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed the Declaration on Eternal Friendship and Enhanced Strategic Partnership between Kazakhstan and Turkey.

The declaration was signed following bilateral negotiations and the sixth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between the two countries.

During the official state visit, multiple intergovernmental and institutional agreements were signed to expand cooperation across key economic sectors.

The new agreements cover:

— investment promotion and protection;
— oil and gas projects;
— cooperation between financial centers and stock exchanges;
— infrastructure and healthcare investments;
— educational and cultural programs;
— energy sector cooperation;
— joint manufacturing and technology projects.

Among the signed documents are:

— agreements on mutual investment protection;
— an investment agreement with TAV Holding;
— memorandums related to energy and oil projects;
— cooperation agreements between the Astana International Financial Centre and the Istanbul Financial Centre;
— agreements in education, culture, and healthcare.

The strengthening of strategic partnership between Turkey and Kazakhstan reflects the growing importance of regional economic and investment cooperation.

For the international real estate and investment market, this development signals increasing long-term interest and stronger business relations within the region.
