The replacement cost will increase from 15 to 7438 liras!

How to change:
🔹Record via nvi.gov.tr or Alo 199
🔹Documents: old driver's license + receipt of 15 lira + medical certificate + photo
🔹Submit an application
🔹Get temporary rights
🔹Wait for new ones via PTT (1-4 days)
🔹Do not delay! After the deadline, there are fines and high cost.
