January 1 through January 30 is property tax payment time!

🏡 Dear property owners in Turkey, a reminder: from November 1 to November 30 is property tax payment time. You can make a payment for the year or split it into two installments in May and November.  

❗️Important: late payment is subject to a penalty of 1.6% of the amount owed for each day. Take care of this in advance to avoid unnecessary expenses!  

How to pay tax: 

1️⃣ Bind your Turkish number to the tapu in the municipality. 

2️⃣ Receive a confirmation SMS. 

3️⃣ Go to the municipality's website and select E-Belediye. 

4️⃣ Enter the data under Üyesiz Hızlı Ödeme. 

5️⃣ Pay tax by bank card online.
