What does the new TAPU consist of? We've sorted it out so that you can understand every line.

PART 1: WHERE?
Everything about the place is here: the province, the district, the cadastral number of the plot and, importantly, the photo of the owner.

PART 2: WHAT?
It describes the object itself: the type of property, apartment number, floor, area and ownership interest.

PART 3: WHO?
The names of all the owners and their shares. This is the heart of the document.

PART 4: FROM WHOM?
Data from the Cadastral Office: how the property was acquired, the date of registration and the cost.

Remember: Signing a contract is an important step, but the moment you get your hands on a TAPA is the moment when you become the real owner of your apartment or villa in Turkey.
