1,000,000 MILES FROM TURKISH AIRLINES - GET IT IN TIME!

The conditions are simple:
Turkish Airlines tickets only (departure from Istanbul or transit)
Each ticket contains the Miles&Smiles participant number
Continent = destination (Turkey and Northern Cyprus don't count)

Which continents are needed?
