Innovations in the document certifying the ownership of the property – TAPU
In January 2019, changes were made in Tapu, and today Alanya Homes presents you a
new document view with the interpretation of each item. We remind you that Tapu is a
document certifying the ownership of the property.

1-6. Address of the land on which the acquired property is located.
7 Photo of the owner, passport format.
8-10. Registration Information in the Cadastral Office: Pafta No, Ada No, Parsel No.
11 (18). Name/Kind of land: Niteliği – different kind (it can be building, land, free land or
agricultural land).
12 Land area: Ha – hectare (= 10 m2 = 2.47 acres); m2 – square meter; dm2 –
square decimeter. The sum of these three indicators should be folded to obtain the total
size of the land.
13 – 16 Real estate information:
Kat Mülkiyeti – ownership of an independent unit (for example, an apartment) that is
ready for use.
Kat İrtifakı – ownership of an independent unit that is not yet ready for use (either due to
unfinished construction work or due to the fact that no permit has been received from
the municipality).
Devre Mülk – in case of shared use of real estate, the property is owned only for a
certain period.
17 Satış bedeli – declared value: the cost, as a rule, may differ from the purchase price
several times, which is beneficial when paying the tax, but reduces the payments on
state insurance.
19 Arsa Payı – land share (some part of the land is attached to an independent unit).
20 Blok No – block number (building, mansion, building).
21 Kat No – floor number.
22 Bağımsız Bölüm – if there is a building on the acquired piece of land.
23 Edinme Sebebi – the reason for the sale, the purchase of real estate and any other
relevant explanation.
24 Sahibi – the name (s) of the new owner (s).
25 Geldisi – information before the sale. Gittisi – information after the sale.
26 Date of issue Tapu.
27 The seal of the Cadastral Office and the signature of the authorized person.
28 QR code that is read using a special scanner (mobile application), containing
accurate information about the property and its location using the global navigation
system.
