🔹️ On September 15, 2024, a regulation of the Department of Commerce came into effect, bringing changes to the real estate rental and sales segment. The new system of "verified advertising" 🚀 is created to increase the safety and transparency of transactions.
🔹️ Owners can now post listings themselves or authorize agents through an electronic system. This will get rid of unscrupulous intermediaries and fake ads.
✅️Listings labeled "EIDS Verified" ✅ will contain all necessary information, including ownership data, eliminating "ghost apartments" and price manipulation.
🔹️ Although the system is still in pilot mode, it will become mandatory by January 1, 2025. This means that all transactions will be even safer for buyers and tenants. 🔑
