Formalisation of lease agreements via the E-Devlet platform!

🏡 Great news for everyone who is interested in renting property in Turkey! The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has introduced a convenient and secure way to execute rental agreements through the e-Devlet platform. 

🔹 In the first phase, property owners will be able to create leases online and tenants will be able to confirm them on the same platform. 

🔹 In the second phase, which will be completed by the end of the year, realtors and authorised persons will also be able to execute contracts via e-Devlet.

📄 All contracts will be uniquely barcoded for quick and easy verification, providing added security and transparency to transactions.

🔹️ This step makes renting in Turkey even more convenient and safe!
